Will Canada defend her sovereignty?

The United States (US) Empire is trying to bully Canada into supporting it, by forcing her to maintain its 100% tariff on Chinese electric vehicles. Doing so, however, is detrimental to Canada's interest, just like the destruction of the Nord Stream pipelines were detrimental to Germany's interest. The US empire is detrimental to its own citizens' interest, as almost 40 million Americans are living today in poverty, and another 201 million more are living from paycheck to paycheck, while 9 of the 10 richest men in the world are also Americans.

The US empire is detrimental to Puerto Ricans' interest, as it has been consistently refusing to comply with 43 United Nations resolutions demanding the immediate return of Puerto Rico's sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. 6 million Puerto Ricans have abandoned their national territory (gentrification), and almost half of the 3 million people in Puerto Rico also live in poverty.

And, the US Empire is detrimental to Palestians' interest, as it has unconditionally supported the genocide against the indigenous people of Palestine against international law. 

Will the nations of the world defend their own interest, or will they defend the US Empire?
