The US' behavior has never changed since its birth. It committed genocide against the indigenous people of North America to create its colonial settler state. Today, the US claims to be the champion of democracy, and the protector of human rights!
Today, this so-called champion has almost 40 million Americans living in poverty, and 201 million more living from paycheck to paycheck, while 9 of the 10 richest men in the world are Americans too. Only 35% of Americans are satisfied with their multiparty "democratic" political system. That's an "F" on a school test!
Moreover, the US consistently refuses to comply with 43 United Nations resolutions demanding the immediate return of Puerto Rico's sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. 6 million Puerto Ricans have abandoned their national territory (gentrification), and half of the 3 million people in Puerto Rico also live in poverty.
The one that the US calls a dictatorship, the People's Republic of China, however, eradicated poverty 5 years ago, despite having 4 times the US' population, and having 11 trillion dollars less than the US. This proves that when there is a will, there is a way! Over 90% of Chinese are satisfied with their one party communist political system.
The US has always represented a win-lose relationship for all nations. That means that the US is the champion of imperialism.
