Puerto Ricans in New York Struggling...Still after 114 years of colonialism

Here are some of the effects of Puerto Rico’s 114 years of United States (US) colonialism.  If  US colonialism has been great for Puerto Rico, why don’t the consequences support this allegation?  Isn’t it time we take a real close look at what is fact and fiction?  You will need to do that on your own with an open mind.
